Found 3 different computer mice I wanted, but none were in stock. Was in the store at mouse section for more than 20 minutes and no-one from the staff approached me, and when I looked around, the only workers I saw were working the register. Selection was terrible, service was non-existent.

Ended up going to Saturn where I was greeted by staff members, assisted in finding what I needed, and left with my first mouse choice.

Had a good time over there. Went in to the reduced price area and got immediate help on 03. 7 2018 at roughly 18 30. Don’t remember the guy’s name but his help did made the difference between walking with a good Asus brand new tablet that was functional and another that wasn’t. So thanks to you herr but I also want to thank the others and also to the management for competitive recruitment

Absolutely shite service. Not enough staff, and too many are not interested in helping. Always “not my department”. “Don’t have a key”. Unwilling to help.

Go there to window shop – look at and touch what you want to see, then shop Amazon. They can answer all the questions you have, you can I compare online process, and they have a better return policy, and normally better prices.
