After many years in Germany and a lot of experience what ever the people says about fighting racism in this country is all lies the racism is all around you here in this country and believe me more than any country after 8 years zero German friends after 8 years many companies decided that just if someone have blue passport it means they are thieves and by saying blue passport i mean the one that is given to Syrian refugees without checking any background without checking my profile and my job position or any thing they decide that you’re no suitable for them my experience was that it’s been while I finished my study and just started to work and I needed a laptop so I can further work so I want to a German shop called Media Markt which is one of the biggest techno shop in Germany and I was asking to finance an laptop which was a bit too expensive for me and the finance was gonna be for only 3 months it wasn’t that long term finance everything was okay and the worker was dealing everything with big smile until he saw my blue passport or what it called with such racist name the Syrian refugee passport and the man face was changed and immediately said with such passport you’re not allowed to finance anything such racist react that now one can talk about it here in Germany just because we as blue passport holder are afraid of being departed from this country and I would never forget that this country had me in worst time but I never felt myself welcomed here and at the end I would like to say we’re also humans we also do have mistakes we also do have problems in our life but to categorise us in such way with passport colours is so unfair treatments by the way yes I do work yea I did study yes I did have mistakes also in my life no one is perfect but stop racism please and treat us as humans.

This must be my second review in my life, and i couldnt wait to come home, so i write this. I was waiting for 30 minutes, which was kinda boring, nobody talked to me, but in the end, the Vodafone-Telekom guy came up, and i ended to have the most beautiful conversation about internet deal. What i mean by this is that ivebeen heard and the guy payed me attention with love, not only like we most people act like we care. He explained me everything in detail, and gave me the best options, which ended to pay less and presented me the best option + i recieved 200EUR coupon for the store for FREE! Yestereday i spoke with vodafone operator, and thanks god i didnt accepted the opportunity, she informed me that if i go to a vodafone store, i couldnt make a deal, and all the deals are made only by phone. Luckily i choosed to see the deal in MediaMarkt in Wuppertal, and it turned out to be too good to be true. Sawal is the name of the guy, and everybody whos reading this, if you want to be like really good in your job, be like Sawal. He truly deserves a raise, presenting MediaMarkt professionaly!

Its kind of ok but not that great. Prices generally high and stock range is poor. Staff are hit and miss. Some really helpful but others are extremely arrogant and make it obvious they have no interest in helping. Amazingly Media Markt in Germany think it is 1820 and not 2020…they don’t accept credit cards!!! The car park is an absolute nightmare too, almost always full. I’ve bought a few things there but more often I’ve walked out empty-handed due to lack of stock or staff help. I’m often in Turkey where there are several Media Markt outlets. Far far better service there…friendly helpful staff, good product range and you can pay via credit card! To be honest in Germany you’re better off buying these type of products online
