A very bad experience.

Yesterday I bought a Samsung TV when I came Home and opened it, the back side of TV was broken. Today I went back about 30 KM and informed them. They have changed it. I took the new one. When I opened it at home, this one was also damaged. Because it was 30 KM far from my home and I didn’t had more patience to go back. But I have to mention that they are giving the customers defect Artikels and that is very bad behavior of dealing with the customers.

I will never go back go this branch. They are making the people fool.

Disappointed!!!

Buy an item, get to the cashier, who will tell you (not ask) that she will just include the warranty extension because “is an offer today”.
You immediately think of a scam, but the given price is the one of the item, so might be ok.
But just before you pass the card to pay, beep, the “not really an offer today” overprice shows up.
Then you can start arguing, or never go to a shop again because they are scammers.

I went to exchange a broken vacuum cleaner. I didn’t want to go and increase the density of crowds in the shop, but I needed it. Not only was my issue superquickly handled, I was even paid out the price difference between the purchase price and today’s price for some reason. I wouldn’t expect that and although it was just a few bucks, it left a very positive impression on top pf the already great service.
