Excuse me for writing in English but my German aren’t good enough.
Worst media Markt ever.
Misdirection, misinformation and no matter what the employee’s in that media Markt are never at fault.
Personally because of that particular shop I will never bother myself again in going to buy anything in a media Markt franchise shop, a lot better when I buy something from Otto or Amazon and I don’t have to deal with this people.

Usually has outdated stuff with higher prices. I see a Price Tag in display, for 99.- Euros, at the Kasse(counter) the scanner shows 129.99 Euros. No one is able to help.
When I leave the shop, I am asked to show my bag. Staff are quite rude.
Have had bad expeirences when buying online as well. I feel Amazon or online shopping from other sites is far better. Media Markt is good for TVs and things need with TV. Otherwise not recomendable.

– Consultation is good (based on the product)
– Enough parking places are available
– Bags are not allowed inside the shop. Safety lockers are available at the entrance.
