I regret to say that my experience with Media Service shop was far from satisfactory.
My encounter with repairing my IPhone lens was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix the issue with my phone’s lens, but they managed to damage it further in the process. The staff’s incompetence was astounding, as they seemed clueless about basic repair procedures and lacked the skills necessary to handle delicate equipment.
To add insult to injury, their customer service was appalling, displaying a complete disregard for my concerns and offering no apology or compensation for their ineptitude. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this abyss of incompetence masquerading as a repair shop.
