As it is possible that you will not be able to offer a full return for the products purchased in your store.
It is inadmissible as a customer to be treated like this.
The store manager behaved inappropriately, he left us without any embarrassment.
We were told that after the products are returned from the service we will be able to make a return. Which was not true.I think that the behavior of the staff should be reviewed, because I don’t think the company has such a policy.
It doesn’t even deserve a star!

In my professional opinion, the store’s handling of our return request was unsatisfactory. Despite being informed by an employee that we could return the electric scooters within 30 days with a receipt, our return was refused. The manager offered to accept only one of the four scooters for a return, citing the high price of the items. While I understand the store’s concerns, the significant discount offered (300EUR on an 800EUR scooter) was not a fair resolution, considering we paid the full price and did not have the original packaging. It is important for businesses to honor their return policies and ensure customer satisfaction..
Horrible staff and Terrible experience, I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes in the vertrag section to get my 30 seconds job done. The guy with beard is a “demon ” avoid this guy if you unfortunately wanted to buy something from there or else go to Saturn, he was seen serving and giving consideration to people speaking his own language (not Deutsch)over me . Totally disappointed, my rating is 0.00/5 .
