* Don’t reply to emails
* Salespersons respond to customer in a badass manner.
* Completely a worst purchase in my life.
* If you try to contact customer service they will say ” Contact the store directly we can’t help as the purchase is in the store”
* If you go to store the representatives reply you in an arrogant way and don’t exactly say when will the product will be delivered.
* Mailed twice no reply from the store.
* Went twice in person no use and frustration due to their behaviour.

I came here to buy a flashlight which I can carry on my head. They had small selection of high quality ones. Not something I was looking for but I still bought and I’m really happy about it. The service was nice and directed me where I have to go. Overall was the shop not really big but you can buy all electrical essentials like phones, computers/laptops, screens, white ware and more. Some of the products were placed a bit messy. Maybe it was because of the Christmas season.
1. Pressure customers to buy Iphone only with O2 contract. Saturn administration is so much interested in O2… Why? Raises questions.
2. Few staff – impossible to get proper information fast. Stop saving on staff! Customers do have a lot of questions!
3. I could not check the device at place… I had to buy with a hope it will work and synchronize… I did not.
