One star for my Order number 96763433 (Pick up on the same day). Even after 20 days i am still waiting for pick up confirmantion. It looks like they took my money and forgot my order. There mobil app and Website provide wrong information. I was so excited and happy, I choosed to in-store pick up so that i can get the product soon. Now 20 days passed and i am still waiting. I tried so many times to contact them but they don’t have any explanation. I am really frustated. I don’t know when i will get my product.
To go on the toilet you have to walk all around the building to the delivery entrance. They even tell you to go there when it isn’t even open due to corona because apparently the workers themselves don’t know anything about when their own toilets are open or not. Not that MediaMarkt employees ever gave out helpful information anyways.
Media markt I always enjoy visiting. It’s just fun to roam inside looking at all the new technologies In front of your eyes but still there are not every product that’s available in the market. Customer service is better and always helpful.
