I came here already second time. And second time nobody can come to me to help. I see at least 5 workers around but they all are busy. As far as one gets free I come by to ask my question and the worker just goes away until I even start talking. I was waiting for around 20 minutes and nobody came. Maybe I don’t look like a person who wants to buy something or what’s the problem? Anyway, I guess workers should be more communicative. Incredible service, thank you so much, SATURN!
— Update: Returning an item took a good half hour until they could get a hold of someone who could do it. I bought it at this brick and mortar store at a higher price than online just so it would be easier to return it if I have to. Seems stupid now. —
Large electronics store, normal prices, selection could be better given the size.
Pro: Really wide variety of household electronics devices. Go-to place if you’re looking for a proper headphone with a good price. Good selection of not only German but also international music and movies.
Con: Not that many choices of PC and PC equipment. Keyboards only available in QUERTZ.
