I would like to applaud & highly recommend Mr. Cenk Saatcioglu for helping me to purchase my new Samsung S23 Ultra this weekend at Q6,7. MediaMarkt is very fortunate to have you as an employee! His kindness and customer-centricity changed us( my boyfriend and I) from buying the s22 ultra to S23. He also managed to sell me a charger, cover and glass cover which I wanted to buy from other retailers like Amazon since Mediamarkt seemed to be expensive all because he really struggled to speak to us in English and help us understand the product before purchasing. You could see many customers lining up to be attended to him because of the experience and attention he pays to his customers. From looking into the inventory, to choosing the color to helping you see the quality of the camera all the way to the kasse where made sure our experience was smooth. Before Cenk attended to us we met some really rude attendants who didn’t bother to listen to us, they basically brushed us off when they heard us ask’ sprechen sie English “ One even said “Nay“ as he passed. We were like My God, MediaMarkt is losing a lot of potential customers due to this sort of attitude towards English speakers but thank God for Cenk. Honestly, I think that if am going to spend 1500 euros on anything, I need to know and understand what am buying. We almost left MEDIAMarkt that day. Kudos Kudos Cenk Saatciaglu !!!!! To All English speakers who want to purchase at this store, please ask for CENK.
I ordered the mouse on Mediamarkt online store and was waiting to get ready to pick up at this store. However, they canceled my ordered without any notification and didn’t even refund the money and coupon I spent on this order until one week later I called them. Hilariously, in their “Advanced Hightech” management, my order was still labeled as “in process” instead of “cancelled”, which they displayed on their website for over one week. The customer support team didn’t even want to listen to my order number. They just constantly told me “wait for three days, your refund will be completed”. They shall also be aware of the thing called “humbleness” and work on it when they serve their customers with getting paid.
We bought a Tefal grill XL and when we took it out of the box we realised there’s a problem with the coating.
The costomer service said we should bring it to the store and they change it.. But at the store they said they won’t replace it and we should return it and buy it again!
What kind of costomer service is that really!? It’s just a waste of time to bye from them. Amazon and other online shops have better costomer service than MediaMarkt.
