Terrible! Incompetent and rude staff, you cannot speak with them. They will cut you off in the middle of sentence, tell you lies and leave you without product and your money. They refuse to refund sold item over their website that never reaches their customer just cuz delivery service put that they gave package personaly. Instead of reaching out to their partners for delivery as asked they first convince you that they didnt sent the package. Than after 15 days when you ask for money back they agree with you that it was sent and ‘delivered’. And when you explain situation they just say this is not their problem but of the company that delivered. As said delivery company asked MediaMark to contact them as sellers which they refused to do.
I had given before the wrong start, so I have to go back and fix it. This Media Markt is a great place to shop at. Great costumer service and very polite and nice workers. I been there a few times and never ever had any issue with this Media Markt. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need for electronics and I look forward to be there soon myself again.
They have very many TVs and stuff but they don’t offer good Sound systems. They have cool stuff and if you search for small things (for example an aux cable) you get it very easily but it’s very expensive: they only have good quality products from HAMA or other brand products.
