A Mediamarkt with a large space and friendly employees. The only problem we experienced as tourists was that the employees did not speak English. But we didn’t mind that. Because we knew what we were looking for and everyone showed maximum sensitivity. We bought our product and left!
A family member bought a laser printer with the only spec that is has WiFi.. while setting up the device I found that it’s not WiFi compatible.. I expect more from customer service than just looking at the package and assuming that it has WiFi because there’s a phone printed on it..

unfortunately, one of the employees recommended two completely wrong TV stand for the televisions we were getting. we had to return those.
