Some people seem to not like Media Markt but i bought my Galaxy S8 there and till not everything is going fine and the people were sooo friendly with me like everyone that i talked with except the one where you have to pay. i am giving 4 stars only because of prices that are higher when a product price have become lower and not so many choices in many sections (there is high end technology but you dont have so many choices)
A good place for any electronics. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. The only problem is that almost all the staff only speak German, ok this is Germany but in a country with many ethnic groups you would expect few staff to speak at least English. If you have any complicated question about a product you want to buy (from A1 to B1 german language skills) good luck getting usefull informatin
So went there to upgrade my phone only to find out that even though everything was shut down and I was unable to go on the expiration day of my contract being 1 week past and not being able to get a fresh new contract and phone is not something that I understand especially during a global pandemic. I wonder how many others got screwed like this.
