Nie wieder!!! Wir wollten gestern dort ein Notebook kaufen und mussten erst einmal im Laden nach Personal suchen. Endlich jemanden gefunden, wird man als altere Frau erst einmal fur dumm gehalten. Der kannste ja alles erzahlen und verkaufen. Was dieser Mann uns alles verkaufen und installieren wollte, endete in einem hohen Preis. Als ich ihm dann sagte, dass mache ich alles selber, wurde er immer ruhiger und sagte, dass er eigentlich nicht fur diese Abteilung zustandig sei Wir sind dann nach nebenan zu Aldi, wo wir gestern ein super Notebook gekauft habenMediaMarkt, schult euer Personal ein bisschen mehr in Respekt alteren Menschen gegenuber. So ahnlich war es auch im Fruhjahr, als wir ein Tablet dort kaufen wollten……
Beware they sell open box items as new and don’t mark it down so that they can charge the next customer full price. It has happened twice already.
Today I bought a cordless phone, when I opened the box nothing was in the original packaging. The phone memory was full of names and numbers and the manual was written on. Shameful.
I went to find some coffee for my machine but they did not have much of a selection but they had everything you could want to buy in the electronic sections buitifull state of the art televisions and computers. The service personnel were very helpful and friendly great place to buy.
