The only star for this location is for online order pick up service the rest of store must shot down since it is useless to run such store with not a single responsible associate who is willing to help nor have the knowledge and understanding of place of work.

I wondered around to get help making a simple purchase and talked to 4 different associate and none had a clue why they were even put there then left with great disappointment however once more my question of why all these giant retailers going down one by one was answered.

When the guys in the top just sit tight and make their only concern to get a big fat bonus cheque rather than spending 1% of their resources or energy on developing plan to overcome the e-commerce era and they even failnon a simple hiring process what else you could expect, businesses don’t just survive on their own.

Went to this shop today and asked Herr Mandru to try a Garmin 255 smartwatch. He told me that he can’t open the watch box because they are closed and not on the shelf. I even saw one refurbished inside the showcase. I can understand this rule even if, in my opinion, doesn’t make any sense. What I really found really bad and unpolite was his approach being rude, showing that he was annoyed with my wish and not even making an effort to be nice. 0.0 client oriented from this worker. Media Market, never ever again.

Thanks for help to Jasmin . I bought 3 items in Phonix Centre Mediamarkt but they couldn’t give me a tax FREE form. 5 days tried to get it but nobody knows how to do. A worker fired and only he knows it. So I decided to go Altona and ask how to get form. Jasmin met us with smile and finished only 1 minutes. I hope all mediamarkt worker should be like her.
