I am a student in passau. I bought a marshal speaker yesterday, and today i wanted to buy a phone. Yesterday they treated me very badly but i didnt even care. Today when i went to the shop, nobody was ready to help me and all phones were locked. I asked several guys and only regire ( a guy in white shirt helped me).
Another guy dint even care for my questions.. i dint buy the phone so. This kind of attitude is really bad and unacceptable.

Extremely unfriendly staf,very hard to reach and even harder to find someone speaking English. Been there more then few times.
They didn’t wanted to exchange my purchased (broken) item, even though there is a 14 days guaranteed right for customer to do so!
Other time they pretend not to speak Engl so they don’t have to explain about the product that I am interested in.
What a shame for SATURN,because I visited the other shops in GER and AT and never got the same feeling like I get it in Passau.

I bought a Huawei watch today, Mr. Zangl told me that is brand new watch and it is the last one, but they have just opened to show it to another customer, so i said i don’t mind as long as it is new. But apparently Mr. Zangl was laying since there was a scratch on it. So be careful about Mr. Zangl because he is a good cheater. However the shop supervisor was friendly he changed the watch for me.
