I would like send big, big “thank you” for Mrs. Gramms. I came to MM to buy DVD-Recorder, and she did show me where is this and gave me a best advice. She was very patient and helpful until I got what I came for. It was extraordinary better than usually service in shops in Germany. That`s why I asked to know her second name to leave this note, cause she really deserves this. Thank you very much, Mrs. Gramms !
P.S. I came here today as well to make reclamation of spoiled powerbank, and all 3 people they managed this, were nice and helpful ( young thin guy with very black hair, another guy with little beard, and lady with black hair at the cashbox ). Greetings ! Have a nice Sunday !
