I’ve purchased a rice cooker over Mediamarkt online and it’s stopped working after three months. Got hassle-free replacement at nearby branch in my city. Happy with the customer service. They’re very helpful and generous. Talked to me in English when I had difficulty of explaining my problem in German language.
It was eye catching every where with tech and you can find every thing from memory cards, pendrives, mobiles, tabs, laptops, PC, gaming consoles, TV, household appliances what not everything and there is offer going on something everytime so have a look. A must visit place to explore tech.
What you would expect from a MediaMart. Decent selection of flagship items from major manufacturers. Average prices, but not very competitive. Returns are difficult even with receipt. Do not buy here unless there is NO possibility you would want to return the item.
