A horrible place with horrible politics.
They only allow entrance using the Luca/Corona App without the consideration of people who don’t wish for a 3rd-Party to track their data. Offering Pen&Paper for contact tracing is easy and would be manageable by the bored employee, if only the shop valued their customers at all. Whoever decided that’s ok customer service should get a proper spanking from HR.

It’s a full-sized electronics store with a parking house immediately next to it. What more can you ask for?
True, anything and everything that is sold here can be gotten easier and most certainly cheaper online, but if you ever need it in a hurry, it’s worth a visit.

This is now Media Markt, not Saturn. They didn’t have what we wanted: Midi on one end, USB the other end, but still very helpful service: Herr Fleischer and the guy in the audio recording section, very helpful, even right before closing on a Saturday night.
