Be very Careful! Their Sales representative will inform you that you have two weeks to return a item but then when you go to return it they will tell you can not, even if you are with in the two weeks and the item doesn’t seem to be working to it’s standards.
We actually will talk to a lawyer because of this situation.
You can not sale something in Germany that you have told the customer they have the right to return then not let them return it.
If a store does this they should be held accountable because it is sales fraud and then it becomes a time consuming legal process.
Honestly we have bought a lot of stuff from this store but it’s the first time I bought something I was not satisfied with so please beware you can not return items at this store even if their sales representative tells you a LIE that you can !
There are other stores to buy from in Germany Conrad , Saturn , Tuvi , and You can also order online from www. Otto.de they are very great at returning something if you are unsatisfied within your two weeks.

When my wife and I purchased a Dryer in Regensburg on 3 Dec 2022 the salesman told us that the product was an online purchase but we can pay for it in the store which we did. We asked the salesman if our old Dryer will be taken away when the New one is delivered and he said yes. Unfortunately that was not the case and I wanted to find out why it wasn’t picked up. I called Media Markt customer service and they told me to go online and complete the formula for Recycling old electronics equipment which I did. I then receive an email confirmation that it was received and that a second email will notify me if my request for pick-up was approved. The email came the next day saying it wasn’t approved because it was missing information but doesn’t say what information it needed. I was told twice by customer service that Media Markt will contact me about the situation and this was 3 days ago and I’m still waiting.

All in all, not a good experience. I can recommend the service point for smartphones etc only.

Orders and/or products in stock will not be handed over, unless you have a confirmation by e-mail.

Service is not provided as agreed. Unfortunately, the customer has to prove everything (on a new product!), no insight or respone from Mediamarkt Regensburg.
