Very good place for shopping BUT I have negative expsrience with credit. I specificaly said that I want my credit on 6 months. When I got home the credit was on 12 months with 7,4 % interest. Three months later I got call from the bank saying that Media Markt is charging me extra 25 euros for credit insurance????? Why? The total amount of my credit was 280 euros and now with interest and credit insurance it comes on 350. This is without my knowledge and approvall. I went to my bank and they said they can not do anything it is all up to Media Markt.

Also, last year for black Friday I bought XBox for my son and paid 20 euros extra for additional garanties witch includes joystick warrantity. In Marc 2020 one of the controlers on joystick did not work properly so we went to Media Markt. I think it was right when Corona started. I was told to wait for two weeks. Than come the Corona lickdown and they were clised for over one months. So, when they finally reopened I gave them more time and then I went to ask for my joystick. First I was told that they were closed and then that they dont know were my joystick is,than they said they send it to Holland, then if I want to know where my joystick is that I should contact manufacturerr?????.
Any way, I ask them to extend my warranty fir this period because I paid for it but they rejected my request.
So, after three months I finnaly got my joystick back thanks to very nice lady that was on infornation desk that day. When she saw how long I have been waiting for she said it was too long and unproffesional and she gave me a new joystick. After three months of lost warranty. I understand it was Corona lockdown and they gad a lot of work to do in service, but service should be done by the date of return.

So first time my rate for Media Markt was 5 stars but after all I think 2 stars are more than enought.

The absolute worst service possible. I spent 15 minutes trying to find someone who could help me, and no one would even make eye contact. The staff actively avoid their customers and most of them are on their phones. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy (TV and Microwave) and left empty handed because no one would serve me.

I was searching for nice curler for long time in different shops, and then I’ve finally found what I want in this Mediamarkt : I’ve got the best suggestions exactly for my budget from Thomas Prause – and even found more! will come back here for sure!
