I am very unhappy with the videogame section. The workers are unfriendly, don’t have any clue about the games and don’t even bother to look through the games which are clearly (checked via pc) in the store available. Events which are supposed to be available (as written in the online shop) are not supported or not known by the team. Different prices among products not only compared to the online shop, but also among the available ones in the store itself. The store is really big and has nice overall design, very cool, but the people working there are not quite my piece of cake. Club actions are good though, but seriously somebody needs to sort those games…
I would give you them 5 stars but they didn’t have any ps5’s… Well they had them, but they told me that all of them are reserved.
So 4 for you. And 4 only cause you got some of the best prices for gadgets.
