I went in to Media markt once, to buy Office Single user Abo. And the sales rep tried to convince me to order the full version from an OEM website for 30EUR…. He wasnt really all to friendly either. Unfortunatly i didnt get his name to report him. I feel for a well known markt like Media Markt people like this should not be working there….
Nice place, but there are some issues when you need help, not every employee is friendly, they ” media markt ” need to Training there employees more to accept other people from different countries and races
Bought a prepaid 3g card here. Staff took all the time they needed to fill out the forms, neccesary in Germany.
