The worst Mediamarkt store i have visited in a long time. Clerks are uninterested in keeping order with helping customers, everyone goes where there are no customers and the very few that do stay in the department (i was at the smartphones) do not keep track who is waiting on them so people jump the que and just end up helping person who was waiting near them, not who was waiting for help the longest. I was here today to buy a phone, literally couldnt get a hold of a clerk for more than 30 minutes so i ended up returning other products to the shelf and walking away. Disgrace!
I waited 30 minutes for someone to open my shelf from DJI products and in the end I left because I got tired of waiting, he sent me from one person to another to ask for assistance…
I thought Germany was more responsible, but Cad sees you as a foreigner and doesn’t even take you into account
I was there today 19.5.2020 around 14pm the two workers that I met were racist especially
the one in the Kasse downstairs very unfriendly I can never go there or advice people to go there and buy things they just spoiled my day
