I have to say that I changed my mind on my review. Yes, the service after sale is really good. In 10 years I cannot remember a single issue.

Sale service is ok, usual issues in tech shops: going there Saturdays is a pain and not all sellers are updated on their products.

My problem is more the many issues with availability recently. We had to order 3 out of the 5 products we needed: sand color windows laptop, sonos arc , Logitech g530 keyboard. One could argue they are very specific products, but they are top sellers of their categories.

This is well reflected by limited choice of products in demo (for example no note 20 ultra, most of the surface products missing…).

I am maybe picky but why going to shops if you need to order and need to see the product at home anyway?

All in all Saturn is a good way to buy electronics, when living in Tubingen. But the shop in Tubingen should pay more attention to availabilities.

My visit to Saturn was terrible and I have no interest in ever coming back to this location: Employees allowing interpersonal conflicts to interfere with the effective servicing of customers, lack of support for new employees, and the manager repeatedly encouraging us to buy a new television even after we told him that we were not looking for a new TV because we had recently purchased one. Shopping doesn’t have to be difficult, but Saturn did everything they could to prevent me from having an enjoyable experience.

Very big center for electronics. Here you have great variety of choices. Staff are friendly and I had valuable advices from them regarding the vacuum cleaner I bought . Also they guided my regarding the taxes Included in the prices.
