Today, I went to media mark to repair my iphone screen and the service guy tells me they don’t do iphone repairs. I explained to him that when I went to the apple webpage they were the first to show up for apple certified repair shop. I even told him that their webpage says they repair iphone screens. He was very rude and kept repeating “NO!”. I couldn’t even have a conversation with him without him interrupting me. I was trying to understand if there was a new policy or something I was understanding but he just kept telling me no and shoeing me to leave. I’ve never been so disrespected by a customer service person before.

Apple and Media markt pride themselves on apple repairs but according to this older man with glasses they do not deal with apple repairs regardless of apple and media markt website. If this is not true, he is very bad example for apple and media markt marketing. .

They had what we wanted and it was on sale. Everything went smooth until we double checked our receipt. They over charged us by 40 Euro. Back to the store, it took two people to understand what happened and then they fixed the error. Thought we would spend another hour, but to my surprise we had instant service by kind and understanding sales people. Fixed and refunded the overcharge in minutes. Great service all around by professional and mostly bilingual staff
Two stars off for the error, and one star added for the quick fix. Overall, I would recommend this location because of the people working there!

5 Stars!-my husband and I felt compelled to write our first Google review because Ahmad at the Telekom booth (in Media Market) has gone above and beyond in helping us navigate a new Wifi contract with Telekom. He found us a contract that was cheaper than the one we had been offered at another Telekom booth. And when we had issues on the installation date, we were able to text Ahmad and he fixed everything for us. We had a couple of other hiccups along the way and, again, Ahmad was there to help us through. Ahmad’s customer service made making the switch from Vodafone to Telekom WLAN worth it. Thank you, Ahmad!
