I bought a cheep fitness tracker and didn’t check the price when I paid was higher. Later when I went out of store I saw that they added a 3year extra guarantee. There was no communication about it at all. Big store does something like this… It is ridiculous.

Upd. I came back the next day and they sorted everything out. Star for that and for a nice worker who did all this.
It turned out that it was written with smaller text that the extra warranty will be added to the price. It might be considered as my ouw problem that I did check it closely. But the fact that it was in smaller text as something additional was still quite confusing in my opinion.

May 31, 2024 around 19:20 I reached to their desk near mobile phone section to ask about “where is the Abholung to collect my ordered item” The guy told me his work time is over and ask a colleague, even when I repeated politely to just want to know the place.
Later another staff advised me to get it from the Billing section.
Even strangers met in Streets help with directions better than these type of Odd Employees in such situation.
