People that work there just don’t care about customers. I went there to spend 300e on some equipment. Three workers are standing and chatting, I ask where can I find the product I need and the guy tells me that they don’t have them. I said that I saw on the internet that they still have. He said no they don’t. He said it very rude. Then the other guy came and point me to the shelf that had like twenty pieces of the product. Also they are lifting the price up to 50e more than in other Saturn stores, And when I asked why they said go to Braunschweig and buy there if its cheaper but you will spend the same amount of money for the gas. Very incompetent regarding the products also. I am very dissapointed. Update 2020: The blonde lady with curls that works there at the counter is the most rude person I have seen in years.

Consultants are friendly and not annoying, one probably know memes about consultants coming straight away, here no, they will do some of the outstanding tasks like moving things and will be eager to help if you ask. Really like that approach.
