Update… Sadly we have to take away a few stars. Service in the store is great, however, we ordered a new television on Monday. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. The delivery was never made. Visited the store on Friday to ask why. No answer was given. New delivery scheduled for Saturday. We cancelled plans with friends so we would be home. No delivery. The store closed an hour before the end of the delivery window, so we cannot call the store for help. We did call the MediaMarkt number on our receipt as they are open until 21:00. They cannot help because our local store is not part of the same master company. With everyone closed Sunday, we have to wait until Monday after work to find out why our television was not delivered and to demand a refund of the purchase price and delivery fee. A negative review has also been left for their chosen delivery company.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience. I came to the store with the intention of getting a smartwatch. they offered me to take the watch in several monthly installments, which suited me. After 10 minutes, they told me to go to the cash register with the papers they gave me and finish the rest there. but at the cash register an older woman was working and insisting that I speak German. i haven’t learned german well yet and i asked her to explain it to me slowly or if she can tell me in english. And she, for some reason angry, took the papers and threw them away. She told me she wouldn’t sell it to me. I felt very bad. I had money to take a watch but in principle I did not. I left and I don’t think I will come again. How can someone ruin your day for no reason ..
