I visited today (14-05-24), I spoke with four members of the team and every one was polite with a smile, this is great service and the two ladies on the checkout were great too , friendly with a smile.
If you start your day with a smile and meeting friendly people its the best start to a day.
It is okay. But still everything is too expensive and very few offers. Lack of customer satisfaction and attraction. Also very bad customer service especially if you speak English you’re going to experience some real attitude as if your girlfriend is on periods.
Quality of advice from staff variable, although they are friendly and helpful. However, it may sometimes take some time to get totalk to the relevant staff members because it appears that there aren’t enough staff members available!
