We went to buy a laptop that was not on display and the woman who helped us opened a box and let us explore the laptop and the box contents.
When we had a question she didn’t know the answer to, she called a colleague who quickly came and found the answer.

Much better than the Mediamarkt in Landshut where you are not allowed to touch anything that is not on display unless you pay for it first.
The only negative is the parking, which is a bit weird and also paid (we paid 1,20EUR for 30 min).

Many cases of duplicate electronics. I purchased samsung Gear Sport watch, within 1 month the display went bad. When I complaint they said that this watch is duplicate and someone must have replaced their duplicate one with yours. when I showed them the same serial number as given on outer box, they said they can’t do anything as watch is duplicate. Worst experience, I don’t recommend it at all.
