Husbands phone repair took a month, no one called and said anything about it taking longer than usual 21 days, they advertise themselves as it takes only a few hours, what a joke. At the beginning workers literally said it will be quick because they have the parts already there, even tho they didn’t. Also the sim card holder is suddenly broken? And they say that on the day of picking up the phone even tho they already said the phone is taken apart weeks ago?? It all wouldn’t be that bad if they just informed us properly! Still needed to pay full price for phone screen repair which took a month, and ended up with a broken sim card holder aswell. Not again.
most of the time things are not available here and staff keeps telling to come another time. staff is not supportive and some of them are even racist.
