If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have done so. My mother-in-law and I bought a Haier washing machine from this MediaMarkt for 400 euros. After we had already paid and drove to the warehouse to pickup the item they told us that they have oversold the item and can only give us the display model. I did not want to take the display model for the price of a brand new one. So after 20 minutes of waiting they told us that they will deliver the item to our home in 7-10 days. For 3 weeks we heard nothing from them. Then when we called them inquiring about the delivery, they gave us no straight answers and were extremely rude. For 3 weeks we waited patiently, after having paid full price they wanted us to wait indefinitely. The person on the customer helpline said they can give us no definite time of arrival. This is unacceptable. I would go and get our money back and never go back to this store again. Most horrible customer service ever. They take your money, then make you wait and are unbearably rude.
This location has the worst costumer service. Sales people standing in group and chatting. Today, 3 of sales people were standing together and chatting. From distance I said, hello, can anyone help me? No one approached me or just pointed at back distance. I walked around but there was no one around. So far I’m looking for someone for about then minutes. I approached the chatting salesmen and asked them maybe to dispatch someone. One of them said “stop carrying and look for someone yourself”.

I wish I would not have given that single star too. My laptop display, may be graphic card was not working to the mark, 4GB dedicated Graphics RAM + 16GB RAM, images produced were not equal to a simple screen, but they did not see it. They told me to replace laptop 1:1 after reinstalling Windows it does not work, another day they refused to replace it. They kept my laptop for a day with them and did nothing.
