Horrible service.

I bought a washing machine Miele (700EU + 100EU for 5y guarantee + 80EU for “Komfort”! service). Delivery was done in a wrong day, in the middle of the week where I could not accept it, although we clearly discussed Saturday with the manager. Then I found in the papers that delivery is expected on Tuesday (my mistake to trust people). Ok, sent them back. Second delivery and installation were okay. In one week we have a lot of water under the machine. And here you have your Komfort service: Now the same manager says she does not remember what we were discussing two weeks ago, although I remember all the details. They absolutely ignored what I was trying to explain and send me to call delivery service. I regret to have paid 180EU for such horrible service. Do not trust these nice young people making you to buy such services, such guarantee and some other extra “necessary” things. In case of a problem they just ignore you as a customer. Disappointing.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience 2 times over. The first time I bought a fridge, washing machine and the delivery was late for about 10 days, of course in Germany you need to pay for transport and service, the second time I was misinformed by 2 out of 3 staff members and I almost bought an article, that would have been very hard to return, because of unclear policy. Parking is charged also for clients of the store.

It was really full (it was the day without tax). I needed help to buy a mobile telephone and it was really complicated to find someone who could help me, asi everyone looked busy. I asked a man for a telephone and he told me that the did not had it so I asked for a similar and he told “I do not k ow look there”. So really helpful. Never again
