I bought yesterday an iPhone 15. I opened it at home and it has a minimalistic scratch on the screen, I asked in-store if it’s possible to exchange it, from the beginning they saw this minimalistic scratch. Later they said they couldn’t see it and better to go to the Apple store and ask them. They made me feel like I was delusional. If I buy a product it should be in perfect condition or at least they should react to it appropriately.
Totally not my favorite MediaMarkt, but it’s the one we have. Genrally there seems to be much higher pressure on sales staff to be obnoxius and follow people around, asking if they need help, than in other branches.
The repair department is the slowest on record, too, but this seems to be linked to them having to send everything to another branch for checking.
It’s a usual shop for electronics
Was searching for specific audio equipment for my car but had not as much choices as I wished. Also with camera equipment, I found the basics but not the special things a photographer would like to find.
Overall great staff, friendly and helpful.
