I had a really bad experience here. I went to buy a smartphone and accepted help from staff trying to decide between two phones. Instead of answering questions I had, he followed his own agenda and got very argumentative. I told him I preferred the phones I was thinking about because they fit my (female) hands. He told me I shouldn’t use a smartphone then. Within two minutes he then tried to sell me a contract. When I told him I did not want to commit to one without thinking about it, but I needed a phone now, he told me that people who could not afford a contract should not have a phone in the first place and work more. He added that people who did not choose one when they are able to afford it are stupid.
To sum up, I felt really belittled and judged. He discriminated against financially disadvantaged people and women. I left. One star because he let me.

Our 10 year old dishwasher broke and it was time to choose a new one. Herr Khan was very helpful and helped us choose a good Dishwasher amongst myriad options available to choose from. He not only explained the features of the machines but did it in our mother tongue Hindi. Very pleasant shopping experience and recommend this location for the helpful and knowledgeable staff!
