I’ve ordered a Sony TV and they told me that the 17/6 the TV would be delivered. after 5 days, nobody has contacted me and when I call them the support central says we will let the shop know to contact you but nobody has taken contact with me. Today tried again and the support employee says there was nothing done from my previous calls as nothing was registered so the shop will contact me.
Very bad service and support employees tell you only lies.
Picked up a pre-ordered XBOX series X. In the day I did pre-ordered it, Mediamarkt was offering a 16% discount on all our purchases so, I got a 16% discount on the 100EUR paid to pre-order. Today, when I picked up the console, Mediamarkt, asked me to pay also the discount they gave me two weeks ago!
Workers seem to actively avoid customers here. It’s impossible to find someone when you need help. The shelves are very disorganized. Product tags show different types of information so it is hard to compare different products of the same type. And many products are out of stock.
