I simply wanted to ask if they have received AirTags in single packages (they only had a pack of 4 until recently). The First Lady I talked to didn’t know what an AirTag was and claimed they don’t have it. When I spelled it for her she said she will go check and hung up the phone immediately. The other lady which answered the phone the second time could not speak English at all and put me on hold for over 10 minutes after which I hung up.
Nice and big electronic shop. I enjoy taking a look in Media Markt.
I’ve bought several things and there has never been any problems replacing a product under warranty. No questions asked so you can feel comfortable buying at Media Markt.
They have a very large selection of phones to try out. I always wind up there 🙂
Very friendly, competent and helpful staff. We only wanted to take a first look at an electric kick scooter, but ended up buying one ;)) including on the spot insurance/licence number alas ready to go. Great! Test drive possible in their back yard.
