I had the worst customer experience with representatives from this MediaMarkt. I ordered a smartphone via their webshop, and it was written that the delivery will be in 3-5 business days. After 5 days I inquired about the status of my order, since I had no new information from DHL. They sent me an email stating that my order has been cancelled and that they already made a refund. After numerous attempts to find out what happened and why my order has been cancelled, I received no information, and I did not receive any refund. That was 10 days ago. After I inquired some more, I finally received an email with the information that the order has been processed and shipped. This was surprising, since I have been waiting for the refund. This is a problem for me because I was counting on the shipment to be as said, and now 2 weeks have passed and I cannot receive my order since I am no longer in Germany.
I will never recommend your store, your webshop or your services.

I just moved to a new house in Berlin. I bought all my technological items from Mediamarkt since I trust them as a reputable company. My fridge and washing machine haven’t been delivered. When I tried to contact them they told me that the items had already been delivered. I don’t know what happened but I got a poor customer service when I try to communicate. I had a terrible experience so far. Hope they deliver the items that I PAY for it.

I visited the department for fridges in this store today. The saleslady who I spoke to was very friendly with an excellent knowledge of the products. She also spoke excellent English.
I asked for her name with the intention of writing this review, sadly my memory is not what it used to be. And I have forgotten it. I guess she was about 20 and her nationality was of Turkish origin. I hope this review comes to the attention of her manager.
