Over priced with poor service. My family are German – I have a foreign accent. The behaviour of staff towards me rude, whereas to other family members deferential. The only conclusion that staff are xenophobic.
Recommend – if you are a foreigner shop some place else where they treat you with courtesy or at least impartiality.
I ordered a smart TV, and I sent it back because the size did not fit in my room. They handled my request quite professionally and with immediate attention.
I purchased a new phone from them, and the staff was really helpful and they knows English, which is quite helpful for foreigners.
