I wanted to buy a gaming pc. I ordered it via the website, where it showed that it was available and will be delivered in 8-9 weekdays. After a week I receive an e-mail telling me that it is not available. Then why did the website indicate that it was?

By MediaMarkt the same issue, only there I waited 3 weeks. No one can create a functioning website here??! If a product is sold then the number of available ones goes down by one, and if there aren’t any left, then the website shouldn’t allow me to place my order, simple as that. Even friggin AliExpress can do that, but not Saturn? It’s a mess and a shame too. If you want to buy a present here for someone, better do it 8-9 months in advance.

I am very disappointed, I have bought today a controller for my son. as we enteried there , my husband have seen little gummy bears he took 2 of them and as we bought controller he took 2 more of them for our son and one emloyer was following to my husband and yelling him, that why he took again gummy bears and it was only for childrens. Okay , first we thought is was for all and second how much it is costing to yelling clients and made them day bad? Sorry but it is not nice, it was just only 2 mini size gummy bears. So never ever in unfriendly MediaMarkt in Hagen!!!
