Expensive, misleading and staff that doesn’t know what they talk about.

Edit, this review is about the Dutch mediamarkt! The Dutch one is expensive, misleading and has bad staff.

The German one however, nothing wrong with that! Excellent, good prices and great help.

The mistake is that at the time of making this review it didn’t show what one, and since the last visit was to the Dutch one, I assumed it was about that. Sorry for the confusion.

So Dutch one, 2 stars. German one 5 stars!

I went to pick up an online order for a mobile phone. I found out the phone was not sealed and someone had returned it. Of course I did not accept it. They offered a new phone but they wouldn’t change the IMEI number on the receipt.. long story short it took about an hour to fix everything. That should be just a pickup.. very disappointed.
Also they were not friendly and not even trying to solve it until a manager showed.. up

Friendly and professional staff. Reserved something by phone from Belgium and when I got there, it was the wrong version. Yet, no arguments, no excuses, they remained professional, got on their computer and called around and found another Mediamarkt very close by, reserved it for me and printed out the route to take. All this in less than 10 mins after entering the store.
Very professional.

Most of the staff speaks English.
