I want to share a story that happened today related to your store. I live in California, my family from Ukraine now lives in Hildeshain. My nephew’s birthday is coming soon; he will be fifteen years old. His phone is broken. I haven’t seen my family for a very long time, and I decided to give my nephew the new iPhone15 for his fifteenth birthday. I sent money to my sister, and in your store, my Mom and sister called me to US, and I told him that he going to receive The Gift from me. This happy moment should have been accompanied by a happy purchasing experience. But the store employees began to behave very tactlessly towards my sister, pointing their fingers at the price of the phone many times, trying to persuade my sister to buy on credit, at the checkout the employee female rudely threw the phone in front of my family, even my nephew had to desperately say “please, carefully, this it’s my phone!” Many employees surrounded my family with very negative and surprised energy (don’t understand..my sister also uses an iPhone). I am very disappointed that my family chose this place to purchase a phone and had a bad experience.
Very bad service, the customer assistant was nice and helpful, I speak English and he accepted that, when I found my product I went to the cashier, older Lady was unkind because she knew me from the last time and she said to her friend that he speaks only English, then the Lady said to me in English that I have to speak German than I’ve asked why do I have to If your English is good then she said: we are in Germany, hopefully she will be treated the same on her holiday time somewhere abroad. Foreigners are NOT welcome
Media Markt is one of the best electronics store in Germany. Media Markt is my favorite shopping center for my gadgets. They are quick. Provides good services. Products are well packed and original always. I strongly recommend this to everyone. .I loved it. Try it guys. .. Thank you for reading my review
