I wish to complain about the Arrogant and very very very poor service I received today in Mediamarkt at Eriagstrasse 28, 85053 Ingolstadt.

I went to pickup the MacBook I purchased.
While I was browsing through the store to know if I should get Hp printer INK, I noticed one of the customer attendants called DANIWEZ was following me so I asked him where I can get the Ink then he led me to the place, I took it and thanked him.

I never knew he was following me to know where I got the MacBook. I later realised he had an agenda when I was with another attendant called Mr Binden who was busy installing the device (MacBook) I got from them and having a chit chat with him then DANIWEZ interfered in our conversation in a rude manner and began to ask unpleasant questions and acted Racial towards me because I am African then I quickly shut him up and Mr Binden told him I purchased my items here and he’s got the receipt with him and never to act racial to me and never to insult a lady.

The rude man (DANIWEZ) never apologised instead he made mockery of me and laughed away. He should have confronted him but I held myself to avoid commotion.
I got offended because what he did was an insult to my RACE and if the manager doesn’t look into this issue I feel very sad that someone of my colour would experience worst.
I look forward to hearing from the Manager as soon as possible to resolve this issue and apologise to me.

Honestly, I can only say good things about this MediaMarkt shop. I have been customer for years and the people has always been friendly and ready to ask any question. I only now feel really the need to review, as I have been in touch with them for a replacement of a damaged washing machine. The customer support was top notch, no problem with communication in English, and really supportive even with phone calls to keep me updated on the query.
I can only recommend!

Unfortunately, the store does not have anyone who can explain anything to you. When I asked difference between two completely different fridge models of the same brand, the answer from two different colleagues were, they are the same, just different colors and started reading off the label. They actually had completely different technology used and one was even a smart fridge. The staff could not even identify that.
