they dont even deserve a 1 star i had very bad expernce with them i went there to order some products and the person dealing with us was very strange he had long hair and was very rude….after finanzing he asked us to come on countr but when we went there he already left although it was not 7.55 pm..because of which we had to go again nxt day

I ordered a phone online with a pick-up at this store. Three weeks later my order is still not delivered and nobody seems to care. Over the phone the store keeps promising to provide the phone “tomorrow”. Terrible experience.
Ordered online. Handy was ready. Unfortunately no Deutschland Card Points received. Consultant was not willing to enquire.
