Super unhelpful staff. Tried to buy a prepaid sim. He said I needed a passport with German address. (That does not make any sense. Why would a foreign passport have a German address?!?!). When I asked what should I do then? He said maybe I should think of something else. Before I could even reply the staff member walked away to speak to another customer.

Went straight after to mobilcom. Got my prepaid there. No questions asked and I even got given a free phone as a surprise.

Maybe I just got unlucky with that particular staff but what a bad experience.

If you know what you want to buy and know exactly where it’s located then go for it, but when you need an advice for anything, don’t bother, even after 30-40 min no one will help you and also don’t bother to call them because half of the inventory they didn’t know even exist.
Ask for a power supply unit and they won’t know what that is, ask for some thermal paste and the same answer.
Overall, if you know what you want to buy and where is it exactly located in the market go for it but otherwise I would not recommend going there.

Salespeople are not interested to work at all or never ready help or give any information. This happens everytime I visit. Phone information people swnd to Laptop sell department and vise versa. They just wants to chill and be paid on our spending.
