I’ve bought an Apple iPhone SE 32GB online from Kiel branch of the Saturn, to immediately pick it up from the store. Although they didn’t have the product in stock, they charged my card anyway and then we got an e-mail to tell us they didn’t have it. When we called later, they told us they have no idea when they’d have it. And although we canceled the order, canceling transaction takes time and still keeps my card busy. Therefore, I can’t use it to shop somewhere else for the same product.

These people have no idea of stock management, claiming they have things they actually don’t have. Don’t trust, be careful, don’t become a victim for no reason.

I bought zte phone which did not work good so I went back to change it with in 3 days. The guy in the phone section denied to change telling why it’s open. Of course when I can’t open and use how I know it’s not working well. But never the less in went to the main counter and explained the problem. The guy in the counter was so helpful and asked me if I want a new phone or a refund.
Form my personal experience I believe no shop or company is bad however it’s the people/worker how they represent it.
