I went to buy a gaming monitor this morning, and I asked a guy named Justin if he could show me what it would look like on. He said no, because there was no electricity in that part. I didn’t see him very motivated to help me either. Then, I asked him that I had seen the same monitor on Amazon and Cyberport on sale. He said he would check it out. He did indeed see it on Amazon on sale but he told me that he could only give it to me at the same price, if I took the test monitor with me. In the end, I went to Cyberport, they treated me very well and I was able to save almost 200EUR on the monitor. The monitor was the ASUS ROG PG259QN.
My Laptop get broke for no reason after 2 years of useing and i still got a Media Markt repair i was thinking i get one laptop until they dont fix mine . But it was so wrong they Said to me i need to wait 2 weeks for a repair after i come 3 Times to them after 3 months they repair my Laptop “repair” the guy whos repairs get plastic broken and its even slower now so i buy new one in Saturn .
Need to buy a TV for my mother-in-law and the person who helped us was outstanding. That is unusual in my opinion in German stores. The service is usually competent but not outstanding. In this case, the guy who helped us in the TV section was fantastic! I wish I remembered his name but I don’t.
