Why have you deleted all my data from hard drive!!!!!!????? There was only problem with loudspeaker. How could you do that, who will pay now for getting back my data? You not only sold me damaged laptop, than person from your customer service told me that I don’t have option to return it and the only option is to fix it. And you deleted everything from my hard drive. That was last time I bought anything in Media Markt. You don’t even deserve 1 star !!!!!
