Very bad service. They promised delivery dates twice and they could not deliver it. I am still waiting. Worst part is the Kundenservice cannot give a proper answer on why the delivery is not happening. Not true to the customer. Everytime giving different answers. Customer service toll free number cannot answer for the purchase made at store and the people at store don’t know about the issue either. They call ZAC and ZAc call Mediamarkt. Both fingerpointing each other for their collective inability.
If I buy a product from you, I can only ask you. Don’t know why a simple delivery is a rocket science to such a big Outlet.
We bought a washing machine and they called us when we called them back they heard we have bad german and didn’t even wanted to hear us, I tried to know why they called me and I was talking and the man on the phone didn’t even wanted to listen to me just said “I have nothing to do for you”. Second time I asked a work colleague of my husband to call and ask and when he said the order number the man just hanged out the phone.
I HOPE THIS RASIST WILL LOSE HIS JOB FOR THIS BEHAVIOUR!
It’s an excellent store to buy electronics but there is no toilet or washroom for customers available. I was looking to buy a printer and computer, had to spend almost 1 hour in deciding my choice. In between I needed to go to washroom but was informed that they don’t have any such service available. I had to travel to nearest restaurant to use one.
